Better support starts with providing financial institutions with the tools they need to deliver what employees and consumers need and expect in the moment. But we don’t see it as just support; we see it as helping people with one of the most stressful areas in life – money. It might be the first-time home buyer needing answers to ease their fears and confusion; it might be a family that just had fraudulent charges on their account and needs help now; it might be any one of us, busy with life, looking to get simple, quick information. It might be the overwhelmed employee, dealing with long lines or a long call queue, needing to find and deliver the right response to a customer. SilverCloud was founded in 2005 with the mission of helping banks and credit unions deliver better support. Today, SilverCloud, Inc. provides support solutions to over 200 banks and credit unions across North America.
Located on the seacoast town of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, SilverCloud employs over 60 people. We are banking content architects, customer success managers, product managers, engineers, and support specialists. Our expertise lies in knowing and deeply understanding how to write, manage, optimize and automate policies, procedures, product employee and customer support.
From recent college grads just starting their careers, to seasoned professionals, and everything in between, we are a group of talented and passionate people who share collective values – take care of each other, demonstrate excellence and do what you say. We live out our goal of helping people by providing great experiences to our customers, giving back to our community, and having fun while we do it.
